In doing so the Teasdale undertakes to ensure that you receive the best personal service.

Teasdale guarantees to:

  • Erect a signboard on your property within 72 hours of receiving the appointment.
  • Place your property in our shop-front window display within 72 hours of receiving the appointment.
  • Weekly contact whether or not there has been buyer activity.
  • Provide a report on current market conditions.
  • Provide regular feedback including reports on advertising; Open for Inspections; prospective buyers.
  • Contact you where to advise of our intention to present your property to a prospective buyer.
  • Inform you of all offers obtained for your property.
  • Avoid any unnecessary waste of resources by dealing with only qualified prospective buyers.
  • Hold a Team Inspection so that all members of the office are working to sell your property.

Should we fail to perform in any of the above areas we invite you to register your complain in writing.

If the complaint is not acted upon and rectified within 48 hours after receipt of your letter you have the option of terminating our Exclusive Agency/Auction agreement.
