I am writing this to inform anyone considering selling their property and appointing a real estate agent, Walter is one of the best. As a developer I have built and sold many properties over the years and therefore have had countless dealings with many different real estate agents. When I started dealing with Walter about eight years ago, I could see he had a different approach to the other agents.
What’s important to me when using an agent is someone who is hard working, honest in his dealings and tries extremely hard to get the best price from the buyer. Occasionally when there are hurdles in a negotiation with a buyer, Walter will think outside the square to resolve these and still get the deal over the line. Importantly he is not too pushy with buyers where he loses them, rather sincere and tenacious to achieve the sale at the best price. In short - Walter can sell sand to Arabs.
